Fantastic Four (2022-) #1-3 (Comic Book Discussion)

What's this dear listener? Another regular release episode put out on a Friday? "Where's our bonus episode, damnit?!" 

That's right folk, we've once again run into a long backlog of regular release episodes, and while we wait for them to come out when the space on the schedule allows, we thought it fit to bump this one up ahead of time, as Caleb and Isaac are once again joined by a long delayed reappearance, of Jason! A long time friend of the show, Jason has returned and brought us three issues of the currently ongoing Fantastic Four run by Ryan North. We go through each issue plot by plot point, and see what's new in the world of everybody's favorite Foursome.

Bonus: Flyin’ Solo #4 (The Films of Akira Kurosawa 1943 - 1955)

Flyin' Solo returns for a 4th installment, as Caleb is back behind the mic to discuss another career retrospective, this time focused on the films of Akira Kurosawa. But in the hopes to keep the 30 film catalog from producing too long of a bonus episode, he split his filmography down the middle. For this first installment he'll cover the films from 1943 to 1955, beginning with Sanshiro Sugata and ending on I Live in Fear.

The Hidden Fortress (1958) {The Road to Star Wars Series}

It's a new year for the TNE feed, and to kick things off in proper Novice Elitists fashion, it's time for your pair of buds to kick off yet another new series! And like their previous episode, they're paying more old debts from 2020 by finally making good on a series they promised all the way back when they finished up their first cycle of Star Wars episodes, by starting up The Road to Star Wars series! Starting with The Hidden Fortress, they begin the journey of three films leading up to Star Wars '77. 

And joining them for the series, Eric is back on board returning to The Hidden Fortress after more than two decades!
