Spartacus (1960) {Stanley Kubrick Retrospective}

Caleb and Eric return to the Kubrick series after a long delay to finally turn the podcast spotlight on the four films he made during the 1960s. And we begin this journey with Spartacus, a film that Kubrick himself was never happy with due to the censorship of the age. How will your hosts think it stacks up, despite the trials of its production?

Just as a note, due to many complications in the scheduling of the podcast, this episode has been sitting in the TNE Archives since June 4th, 2022. But now that it's had it's time in the sun, tune in every second Monday until we compete his 60s run.
